First of all, CPL TRANS is a family company foundated in 1989 by Mr. CH.VAN DECRAEN and his three children, his sons: Mr. L. VAN DECRAEN, Mr. P. VAN DECRAEN and his daughter Mrs. CHR. VAN DECRAEN.
